Choose Your Material

The rack is available in PETG or annealed PET-GF (glass fiber reinforced PET). Both perform well in lab environments across a range of heat and chemical conditions.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is durable, impact-resistant, and slightly flexible, and it handles incidental chemical exposure well. It is ideal for routine lab use and comes in all 28 colors for personalization and color-coded organization. Heat deflection temperature: ~70–80°C (158–176°F).

Annealed PET-GF is reinforced with glass fibers for increased stiffness and strength. Every PET-GF rack is annealed for improved thermal performance and dimensional stability, which makes it better suited for repeated heat exposure and longer chemical contact, and keeps it more rigid and structurally stable under load and temperature. Heat deflection temperature: ~120–140°C (248–284°F).

Color Availability

PETG is available in all 28 colors. PET-GF is available in only five colors: Black, Blue - Electric, Gray, Red and White. All other colors show as sold out when PET-GF is selected.

Which Material Is Right for You?

Choose PETG if you want more color options and reliable performance for everyday use. Choose PET-GF if the rack will be used with frequent oven use or elevated temperatures, or around more aggressive or prolonged chemical exposure, and you need maximum rigidity and durability.

Made to Order

Every item is printed to order, so it may show slight variances from the photos. Filament color varies from roll to roll, so colors can't be guaranteed to match the photos or a future order of the same color. FDM printing can leave layer lines and other small imperfections. I inspect every product for structural faults and visual blemishes before it ships. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll work out a fix.
